Contacted HSBC today about reducing payment. They told me they could do nothing. Gave me information to contact National Foundation Credit Counciling at 800-388-2227. Anybody have any experience dealing with HSBC or National Foundation Credit Counciling?

National Foundation Credit Counciling, I believe is like a refer

National Foundation Credit Counciling, I believe is like a referral service for Consumer Credit Counciling. We had 2 accounts with HSBC, one they would reduce the payments the other one they would not...

So did HSBC direct you to the National Foundation Credit Council

So did HSBC direct you to the National Foundation Credit Counciling and then accept the referal from them?
