hang-up calls

The Hudson Valley Collection Bureau in Newburgh, NY keeps calling (from different numbers and a private (blocked) number and hanging up constantly on my answering machine - I have answered twice - both times she refused to identify herself and then today, when I called HER back to set up a payment arrangement for one account and to discuss disputing the other, she mumbles "wel, it's your credit that willget messed up" and then hung up on me after I stated I could not pay the bill in full immediately.

If you are going to dispute a debt, you must do it in writing!!!
