i have just received a wage garnishment from hunt and henriques. i work out of the state and my wife found a summons in the bushes, i went to the summons (made a special trip home) and their rep asked for a continuance which was granted with a court date to be determined. i was never notified of the court date so they go the award.

just spoke with them and they will not negotiate. do i have any recourse?
