Complex Problem

I am a 50 year old man, three times laid off since 2008. $25,000.00 in debt. I tried Debt Settlement USA in Scottsdale AZ, but that was a waste of $2100.00 and I'm worse off. I have 1 court monitored payment to Hunt & Henriques out Mono County Superior Court and a payment agreement with Leading Edge Recovery out of Chicago.I was laid off from my last job after an injury and I am disabled after that injury and trying to get either State Disability, or Workers Compensation whichever comes first.
I am seriously in need of options. Help!:confused:
