What state do you live in? How much did you originally borrow from HuskHawk? How much have you paid so far (including what you paid prior to your bank account being closed)? Was this an internet loan?

I live in South Dakota, the loan amount was for $60.00, but the kicker was the rate , it says the APR was 782.14% I paid a total of 150.00 till January; I started paying the last part of November. The guy from Mcguire and Hummel, Mr. Mcbeth said the bill was up $1,300 and said if i didn't make arrangments to pay that they would bring charges of writing checks on a closed account against me. I called to let HushHawk know that my bank closed my account and they still tried to pull money out from the account. I they took out like $60.00 every two weeks, and that began April 19th, of 2010

McGuire and Hummell called me as well. Not threatening, nor forceful, just asking if I remembered taking out a payday loan, which I did remember it. I also remember when cashnet put the money in my account. These places are not scams. Did anyone think it was a scam when the loan magically appeared in our bank accounts, NO! So, why when it comes time to pay these back, is it automatically a SCAM. GROW UP PEOPLE AND LIVE UP TO THE DEBTS YOU INCURR, THE COUNTRY IS IN SHAMBLES BECAUSE OF PEOPLE THAT DON'T PAY THEIR BILLS!!!!!!!!!!
