Yesterday I get 2 letters in the mail from a HZB Financial Services. They are both about payday loans that I could not pay because I am losing my job. They are offering 50% off from what I owe to closee each account. Was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with these people? They are out of Fayetteville,GA and their number is 866-304-2305. Thanks for the info.

a couple of questions first.

who are the lenders
internet or storefront
how much was borrowed from each
how much was debited by each including fees
what state are you in

do a search for HZB in the bar top right.i wouldn't think about paying them just yet.you may be dealing with illegal lenders you might not owe.please answer my questions, and we can help further.

pdl's are totally illegal in NJ.these two are illegal everywhere.you only owe the principle.here is what you actually owe these two places

titan 20.00
pack 175.00

just out of curiousity.how much did this bottomfeeder say you owe each place?

I am a former employee and I know that there is nothing they can or will do if you dont pay them. this company purchases illegal debt in hopes of squeezing some cash out of people who are not aware of thier rights. You dont have to pay them no matter what they say or threaten you with. They do not pull credit reports. nor do they report to any agencies and they definetly do not sue. Not To Worry. Have some fun with them on the phone then hang up.

I have and as I began repaying the debt, my credit report with the account I owed money on continuosly went down...they are a credible collection agency, and I am happy that they took the time to work with me as well since I only work part time.

THEY ARE NOTTTTT CREDIBLE! Oh no, I feel SOOOOOOO sorry for you if you gave them money...you just got robbed. This company is a fraud, they can't even run your credit report let alone report to it. You got scammed. They lie about being investigators, threaten people with jail (which they can't do) and they say you have charges against you that you don't. They are obviously clueless crooks. Hope they get arrested, though you probably won't get your money back.

How do you they find out all of your information if they can't do anything? I had a lady call from there and she called my aunt who I don't even speak to. I have no idea how she got her number or what way she thinks I used this aunt as a reference? What is the deal? Should I worry about it?
