After reading through this forum, I've seen this company come up a few times... and in several areas throughout the internet.

I've also dealt with this company and recently sent a certified letter to SPS and denied all claims to the debt. I also sent the exact same letter to the FTC.
They don't care who owes the debt as long as they get paid. I spoke with a Candice, who is extremely pushy, disrespectful and also made the same claims that were shown throughout previous thread threatening to report me for credit card theft, threatening to call my wife and family, etc. If they continue to pursue, I will sue.
Frankly, I'm looking forward to it after reading everything on here. I'm sure with all their illegal actions and harassment they practice, we can and should put together a class action lawsuit.
Questions for the community
1) Has any taken legal action against this company? Any advice?
2) Based on the numerous complaints and examples of illegal actions, a class action law suit seems like a valid idea. How do we get this started?
