I rec'd summon letter from Cohen & slamowitz on behalf citibank South Dokato, the summon have am index number, but went i call my supreme court in queens, nyc. they don't have RIJ # at all. what should I do now. please advise.

I am also dealing with them. Calll C& S, Call the courts, call anyone and everyone you can. This company is widely known to levy, garnish , and do what ever else they can do to get their? money. What ever you do, do not just let it sit. Act on it ASAP..
Is this debt an old debt ? Mine is a debt from 2003 that I am waiting to have them validate. Just be careful of this company.I dont want to keep ranting, but this co. is relentless

Summons letter ?

When you send them a letter demanding they validate this "alledged" debt, remind them that UCC Code title 18 states that 'any false presentment sent thnru the US MAIL, pertaining to matters such as this provides for severe finacial penalties as well as possible incareceration of up to 30 years in prison for sending FALSE AND MIS LEADING PRESENTMENTS via the US Mail. Also remind them that they are subject to the 'ATTORNEY ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 1995"

You are entitled to a FULL AND COMPLETE accounting of this debt...demand that they VALIDATE THIS DEBT !
