Help me please!! Integrity Asset Management is calling me and telling me I owe exactly $610.00 to two different payday lenders that I have never heard of, they say they are a collection company for them and they want me to give them access to my checking account immediately. When I refused he said "then your paperwork is being forwarded out today and you will be prosecuted and your wages garnished"!!! If I get my wages garnished I will lose my job, I work for a finance company and they will fire you in a heartbeat if you have any type of wage garnishment. WHat should I do???? Please help!

They are feeding you a bunch of crap! They can NOT garnish your wages without a court order. All you need to do is shoot them an email stating you hereby revoke any and all rights to any wage assignment you may have signed with them or any of their affiliates! Then give a copy of this letter you sent, to your employer and wa la! No wage assignment can be imposed! Don't give them ANY personal information over the telephone, tell them if they are debt collectors on behalf of Integrity they now have 5 days after their first initial contact with you to send a dunning letter (letter of collection) in the mail as required by the FDCPA! If they are legit, they will know this already, but I can tell you right now they aren't legit in any shape or form. Don't talk to them again on the phone, hang up immediately, the more you speak to them, the more they will harass you will BS threats that they can not follow through with.
