I got a call from 312-265-4816 and a message that the woman caller is a "special investigator" and that she needed to me to call regarding a civil suit and left a case number, she did not leave the company name. I've not been served with any papers, and admittedly freak out a little to begin with, google of the number shows International Justice Services, LLC, and the posts out there show that these guys are rude, won't give details and threaten with debtors prison if you don't give them your personal information, they will even hang up on you if and curse at you. No reputable debt collection company would do this....I think it's a scam, anybody else deal with them?

There is no such thing as debtors prison. And it probably is a scam. Don't call them. If you do speak to them, try and record it for possible violations.
