I never answer them but it cracks me up How the make up case numbers and dead lines and then a week later thees a new dead line and a new urgency
The fact is there has never been a better time to get debit free
the banks don't know what to do when such a large portion of society cant pay
And they don't want to spend more money on a bad debit so they sell it to collection agency's
If you cut a deal with a bank and they reduce your debit then you will get a bill for the taxes on the amount they reduced and the IRS is th worst collection agency of them all
They will chase you to the grave
Well, you need to simply tell them that you will only deal with
Well, you need to simply tell them that you will only deal with them through the mail. Phone calls will no longer be acceptable to you. Make a paper trail with these debt vultures.

IF you talk to them they do this thing
(so your refusing to pay) I just let them leave a message
then delete
When they do call my cell and catch me by surprise I say
I don't discuss these matters on the phone
They are trying to evaluate weather they should spend money on you or sell the contract
The Less they know the better
Then you need to send them a Letter of Validation via certified
Then you need to send them a Letter of Validation via certified mail. This forces them to follow the law or face hefty fines. If they harass you after they have received the letter, than you may be in for some money coming your way in the way of damages.
