A JDB might want to sue me, for a very old debt. Can the JDB find me, by checking my credit report, and seeing I am an authorized user? Can they sue my new husband? They say I owe 14,000.

If they sue me and I don't win, I'll have to BK.

Remember, these scum bought you debt for change on the dollars so it is never a loss to them. Just keep your head up, everything will work out ok for you ;).
