well its a lease..i'm in collection friendly ohio..charge of in 3/3008 when account was sold to jdb...however date of last payment was 7/05 for overmileage..the lease was paid per terms of agreement with a balance owing at the end...no one can tell me what the balance was for..not payment..not xtra miles..everything on vehicle turn in sheet is ok..and the dealership that it was turned into has since closed..so no one knows..should i pay it just to get rid of it or avoid lawsuit???? i just want my credit score back...sigh..
