Call from Joe Pezzuto

My elderly parents are being harassed by the law firm of Joe Pezzuto. They claim that my parents have an unpaid debt from American Express. My parents, who have always paid their bill in full each month, have been reassured by Amex that their account is in good standing. The callers are preying on the elderly and have become increasingly rude and use profanity. What can I do to stop these scam artists?
