i got a call and from the john nicolia office called the guy back and he told me that i was headed to jail for 10 years and that the judge is going to throw me in jail and that i had so much to pay and i get a copy of my credit report and the amount is different from what the guy said. what is going on i'm freaking out big time. can somebody please help me?

What this guy said to you is illegal BIG TIME. Debts are civil matters, not criminal. The fact he is threatening you like this tells me it is likely a bogus debt, or one out of statute. The next time he calls tell him he has 5 days from the first time he calls you to send a written letter detailing the debt. Also try to get his address and send them a debt validation letter. Also tell him that you will be suing him for violations of your rights and what he did was highly illegal.
