I have also heard from Joseph Pezzuto Law Firm.
They also told me I had to pay by this Monday. 5 days after I have heard from them. They also had the nerve to call three of my family members before attempting to contact me!
I asked thenm to send me a letter so I had something in writting, they said they already had, but then an "offive mgr told me that they had just recievd my file?!?
I have been trying to correct my debt problems, but are afraid that they can now garnish my wages.
Were do I stand legally?

Have you checked your credit reports recently and see if they are reporting or to yourself an idea about where you're behind?
