The court order which was
The court order which was obtained after the judgment had been won by the collectors, the one which orders you to satisfy your debts. Possibly that court order is what they were talking about. Its Texas, so they cannot garnish your wages, so technically the only way they can get their money is by levying your bank account and putting a lien on your assets. They have the right to subponea you to a deposition and question you about your assets.
Before you do anything, call the previous company which got the judgment on you and verify if they have you on their files or not because something feels a little odd.
calls
Well he called again this morning, I asked what I could do for him as I was at work, he bounced on that said your working great thank you for that information. I just hung up. Don't want headaches at work or the people here to know my business. Should I be worried about my bank accounts? This guy isn't with the company who won the judgement can he levy my account? He seems to be on a fishing expedition. It's got me off balance for sure which is part of his not very nice job.
