i just received a letter that says that too, in the "is this legal?" thread... i think it's that they are turning your agreement into a judgement against you... only my problem is that i was not notified of a trial date. i'm not signing it yet until i'm sure it can't come back against me down the road but i'm sticking with my agreement that i made verbally...
