I need a letter requesting the company that have a judgment againist to send me a statement.

If a company has a judgement against you, send them a standard D

If a company has a judgement against you, send them a standard Debt Validation letter. Per Sec 809, they should send you info on the judgement. Also, check with the court of record. You should be able to obtain a copy from them directly.
