glad to be done with this thing. got sued and thought I was going to have a summary judgement go against me. the judge decided he wanted a hearing on the motion and the attorney wanted a continuance then stated he was withdrawing the summary judgement motion. now I've recieved my notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice. only a small victory but a victory non the less. don't just roll over and let these people do whatever they want. they want easy marks and money.
