Suing Collectors

Has anyone ever heard of Krohn and Moss- they are supposedly a law office and deal with conusmer laws. I called them for advice and they want to pursue a case against CDR known as Clear Debt Solutions LLC . As they state and the agreement they emailed states I have no out of pocket expense. They collect their money from CDR & Associates? Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated.

I see three law firms in three different locations. Illinois, Ca. and Ohio. I checked the BBB rating for the one located in Chicago and it was an A+. You can check out the others yourself at the BBB site. Keep checking back for more replies. I am moving this to the collection agency forum so more people will see it.
