Now if you have one debt and two different suit filed on it then I think you have the perfect court paper to make both agent validate the debt and prove ownership.

Actually a CA cannot sue you. A collector cannot sue you. They are not attorneys and do not have the ability to sue. Any collector who says "I will sue you" is violating fdcpa. A CA must refer the debt to an attorneys office in your county for the filing of a judgement.
