how many ca can sue you?one at a time?

how ever many have claims against you. Now note I did not say anything about them being valid claims. But if you have five cc that are in default and have five different collectors each one can file a suit.

Now if you have one debt and two different suit filed on it then I think you have the perfect court paper to make both agent validate the debt and prove ownership.

Actually a CA cannot sue you. A collector cannot sue you. They are not attorneys and do not have the ability to sue. Any collector who says "I will sue you" is violating fdcpa. A CA must refer the debt to an attorneys office in your county for the filing of a judgement.
