Basically I've got a pretty solid case including recorded phone calls etc... against a CA.

What kind of lawyer do I need to contact to file suit against the CA?

They refused debt validation, called my parents and informed them of my SSN, Birthday, how much I supposedly said I was going to pay them etc... and then made up an anonymous "notation" on their system that said I gave them permission to speak about my debt to my parents. They repeatedly called my parents as well after speaking with me, being asked twice not to call that number as it wasn't my number and being provided with a number I could be reached at. They then lied about my original creditor supposedly rejecting a proposal from my debt consolidation company in order to get me to pay them. Both my original creditor and my consolidation company claim this as false.

Oh and all of this has been captured on audio tape :P

I also have an audio tape of my original creditor saying they have received several similar complaints about this CA doing this, and would be placing my account with a special in house manager as well as filing a complaint against this CA on my behalf. It's basically nothing more then getting my account away from them and then telling the CA to knock it off but having that conversation on tape is nice backup as well.
