I wrote in earlier about Lazer Lending/DJAT Marketing!! Well they have a collection agency by the name of I Collect and the name that has been threating to take me to court for fraud is in with them!! He called again today and said he sent my information to the Attorney General and I should be expecting papers soon!! He was rude again and very threating!! Can they sue me for fraud just because I closed my checking?? What should I do!! I'm afraid I will lose my job!! Does anyone have any info on I Collect?? I guess it is in Florida!! Please, I am desperate!!

They cannot sue you for fraud, and your attorney general's office doesn't deal with this sort of thing. They are there to protect the state. This company is flat out lying to you.
Please, don't worry. They are liars, and they are law breakers. Not you. You have done nothing wrong. There is no debtors prision. You cannot go to jail for defaulting on a loan.
