Colect after 2 years stop services ?

Just new in here My question is the colection company
they can colect your money after discontineus services with them
My bussines had aceped credit card and the company prossesing don't have a contract with me (usualy they alway had to control client)
But for some thing we cancel services by them because I was rip-off by them .
After 2 years now they turn to colection colect some money I own them for 2 month services about $100.
My question is:
They can collect after 2 years and with out a contract
from company and us ?

They try to collect if they can establish that you made an oral
They try to collect if they can establish that you made an oral contract with them. I don't know where you are, but generally the statute of limitations in states is 3 to 6 years.

This is from credit card prossesing
One day one guy come over my bussiness and show me how much money I save when i switch to his services
put me in contract lease a credit card machine in 4 years with none cancel had been sign by my name with out promise by hime cancel any time... He lie to me after I find out contract can not cancel He did it ,I call to cancel services . Now I get a company lease credit card sue me in Newyork....with a contract 4 years...But with card prossesing had no contract sign with my name when I call them, they said I must pay for early cancel services $300 I said NO .this is a lie from you agent after that she agree and stop srevices when I close my account they can take any money out....Two years late to day they send a case to colecttion agent the amount services of 2 month around $100

They send a letter to me asking to pay this voluntarily???
I send them a letter and ask for a contract had sign with card prossesing ( they never have) If a have a contract services had sign by my name I will pay !
And They keep send a letter to asking pay ???
Not yet to call my phone ?
What they will do after next when I dont pay?
