refusal of payment

can a debtor refuse forms of payment. some idiot called me from Legal Mediation Practice in Fl. and said i had to pay the full balance of $500.00 by the end of today or they were going to sue me.

type them in the search bar.they are the worst of the worst.check your state laws in regards to recording calls.i would also get the usual DV and C&D letters.my man ron got an out of court settlement of these jokes.just check the laws for recording,because they only get more ridiculous and illegal with there calls.
