Company call Legal Mediation
I was recently contacted by a company called legal mediation about a credit card I had totally forgotten to make payments on. I was honest with the guy an told him that in no way could I pay the full amount up front but because of my job an how often I got paid I could do so much every week. He told me this was unacceptable an proceeded to tell me to find a way to pay it up front. I went to two financial places an got turned down for loans. Now it was my understanding that most places will set up payment arrangements. NOT THIS PLACE!!! I was just curious to find out if anyone else has dealt with them , an if so what your outcome has been. I did some research an found out some very useful an helpful information.

Normally most of the lenders are willing to set up a repayment arrangement. Iam sorry as well as surprised to hear that Legal Mediation is not cooperating with u. In such cases, what you can do is call the company again and again and again....AND MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CAN NOT PAY THEM IN FULL. You have to remain patient while dealing with them....and yes stay firm on your ground. And please do not take another loan to pay this one....it wont help u friend.

Are you sure that you still owe the money to them?? Why not find
Are you sure that you still owe the money to them?? Why not find that out first and then decide upon the payment issue.
