payday collection threats

Payday lender for cashnet usa threaten to take away my driver's license if I do not agree to pay the loan in full by the end of the month. Can they do that? I told the collector that he was violating the fair collections practices and that I would consult with my local attorney generals office to see if this is a legit threat. He insisted that payday loans are different from credit card debt and that they can take away my drivers license. I asked where I could find this in writing, he stated that this is implied when I accepted the loan. Is this true?

it could be cashnet500 or cashnet peefls.cashnet usa is legal and won't resort to illegal threats,because that is what that is.

you should file a complaint with the AG's office up there, that
you should file a complaint with the AG's office up there, that is illegal all day long for them to threaten things like that. Maybe you should look into recording the phone calls and send a copy of the tape to the AG's office. Thats what I would do....
