I had a lein filed against me when I signed an agreed judgement. I have the judgement almost paid off (would have already if they didn't sneak in court costs and interest pre-judgement for 2 years that I didn't know they were doing). Anyway, I am blessed to have a relative sign over some property to me. How will this affect things? Thanks!

No, what happened was that i thought that the agreed judement amount was what i was going to pay plus interest from date of signing aj. I thought previous interest was in amount. now i am told that it was x amount plus interst of y rate from 3 years prior plus court costs (didn't go to court ). I take blame for not fully understanding....but in my defense that was not what i was verbally told.
