I got a call from Hnbc bill collector and she said on the recorder that this recarded by property on my street (address) and the way she made it seem is that she could take my home. I called and it was a man and he said that this was for a client and it was 1000 bucka tec and they were offering a settlement and if I did not settle they would serve papers. NOW I know I owe this CREDIT CARD vut could they take my home for that??

Is the credit card a secured one,like is the card attached with your home,If not they cannot take your home way.They might be giving you threatening calls so that you pay off the debts.If you do not know how much amount you owe on the card then call up the company and ask for a validation letter.
