This address is a large office building, according to Google Earth. however, there are many businesses there. I found a real estate agent, a travel agent, a mortgage lender, etc etc all at the same address but with different suite numbers. I have, also found several references to both companies collecting on the same debt so if they are not the same, then they work together plenty. I have even found references to when both parties were named defendants together in a few lawsuits filed by consumers for FDCPA violations.
