where do I send complaint

We keep getting phone calls from some goof that is impersonating an officer of the law. He is giving me the name "Terry Parker" (when I can understand him on the machine) from "Long Island Investigations" in Washington State. He is calling from a 425 area code #. Who would I send a complaint to regarding this? I have no idea what this is about and don't really want to. I would just like to get rid of the calls. This guy has an accent so thick, it smells of scam to the hilt, I'd like to see people get prosecuted for impersonating law officers.;)

This seems to be a scam. Next time he calls, tell him to stop calling you again and again. Ask him the reason for calling you. Tell him sternly that you'll be forced to take legal action against him if he continues to harass you. You may report the matter to your State's Attorney General.
