Has anyone worked with them before? I was sued by them on behalf of Capital One. I have made arragements to make payments they offered a settlement at 85% but I don't have that now. what I want to do is make a few payments with them then make a counter offer. but would like to hear from anyone that knows anything about them.

They are based in Arizona
Thanks.

So, you have failed to make the payments based on the arrangement made between you and Lippman Law Group, right?

Have you received the summon? You need to answer the summon before anything.

I haven't failed to make a payment to Lippman Law Group. I did get a summons and missed the court date. after missing the court date I called to see if I could make payments or settle the account. they want to settle for 85% which I couldn't afford at this time. what I was looking for is if anyone had dealt with them are they easy to work with on doing any type of negotiating. because I would like to make a counter offer on there 85%

Need advice, as posted earlier I missed my pretrail conference, then contacted the laywer and thought I worked out a payment plan for at least until the end of the year. for $100.00 a month. but today I found a letter from the lawyer with an enclosed stipulated Judgement. that I have to sign and have notarized and returned within ten (10) days. I can afford the $100.00 dollars a month but the payment beginning in January of $355.65 I can't afford. My question is if I sign this document can I still try to negotiate either a lower payment or a settlement.

any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Yes i have worked with them and made a settlement through them on behalf of Capital One also. I tried to make my last two payments yesterday and they told me that I still owed them double what I owed before so I would be very careful. I am currently having a lawyer look into the situation.
