they have just sent me an email...it seems like all of these companies are now emailing me or calling, it must because it is almost tax time and they want to take all my tax refund, should I get any...what am I supposed to do? I couldn't pay them last year when this all started and I cannot pay them now...:sad:

nothing,and i mean nothing legit has ever been done via email,or over the phone.yes go to the link anna posted.this is a complete piece of garbage bottomfeeder,and CMG is an illegal pdl so chances are you owe little or nothing.if you have not filed an AG complaint against L,D AND G do so,and attach that email as part of the complaint.if you have file a follow-up with that attached.i don't agree with anna though on using your refund to pay a bottomfeeding bunch of lawbreakers as only three instances can your federal tax refund be taken.they are as follows.
1)student loan debt
2)back federal tax debt
3)back child support
that is it.this criminal enterprise can't legally collect so they won't be able to touch any refund you get.as far as the calls go.do not talk to them period.if you get caught on the phone hang up without a word.they want to illegaly threaten you.nothing more.

this company is worthless. i dealt with them this time last year. they are full of hot air. call their bluff and dont let them bully you. they told me that these loans wouldnt be charged off on my bankruptcy and they were. i was in the process of filing when they started calling and bullying me. i was so upset and losing sleep and my lawyer put an end to this immediatlely. hang up on them. there is nothing they can do.
