I just got a voice message saying that the call is to inform me of a court order summons that is going to be brought to me at my house about a bad check fraud...they didn't leave their name, but I am thinking it is the so-called law company called Lombardo, Davis, and Goldman Firm. They have threatened me before with this. I sent them a letter previous stating that I want proof that they are a legal company and to prove in writing that I owe them money and it also asked for them to send me all of their legal information that allows them to summons me to court in my state of NC, haven't received anything back from them yet

has anyone else dealt with these people before? do you think they are still just harassing me hoping that I will give in? can they really send a court summons to my home or work? I live in North Carolina and they are located out of my state.

Ok, think about it....what process server would call you ahead of time to say they are delivering a summons to you? NONE. Next time they call, tell that until you get the debt validation that you requested you will not talk to them and that if they continue to call you will be filing complaints with the FTC and your State's Attorney General's Office and then hang up.
