i have a long overdue capital one account and currently being harrassed by gerald e moore :(

How are they harassing you?? By simply calling you to pay a deb

How are they harassing you?? By simply calling you to pay a debt you owe??

Moore does sue...maybe you should deal with the debt. Capital One sues on a regular basis. I just answered another question about Moore and they were just served.
