CAN SOMEONE YOU OWE CHARGE YOU A COLLECTION FEE IF THE ACCOUNT GOES TO A THIRD PARTY COLLECTOR IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA?

I believe collection fees have to be stipulated in the contract or prom note.

As far as I know, if the contract with the OC allows for collection fees, then you are liable to pay the fees else not. You can also go through this thread http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/forums/about12245.html for more details.
