my fiancee has rcvd letters from abritrators re this company. he had a sears a/c and missed a few payement and they bought the a/c should we still be asking for a debt verification letter and i have seen blogs where people indicate that it is not wise to contact them via telepone , how do you get info regarding your a/c

letter. They have sent you arbitrators claim paperwork.You will need to have attorney file a claim with arbitrator to contest award and stay arbitrator's decision. They use this to get a judgement without having to go to court. Once this contest motion is done,then get attorney to force them to prove that debt.
