I live in NC. A sheriff came and hit me with a Notice of Right to have exemptions designated. It was from LVNV Funding. I plan to fill it out, but what is my next step with them.

They are getting ready to seize your assets and this form gives you a chance to claim them as exempt from seizure.
In part, it states:
