just got served for judgment being by citibank as assignee of IDT CARMEL c/o attorney name and address but on credit report shows up as LVNV (showed up on credit report same time attorney filed papers in court) Shows as date opened 01-09 date reported 02-10 (mind you this is past SOL, acct written off in 2005) anyone ever had this tactic of all these different company names being used - i have no idea at this point who is actually taking me to court over this.
