My credit report was ran and no judgment liens showed on the report, however, when the bank that I am using ran a title search on me and the property that I am purchasing they found LVNV Funding and several other companies listed.
Why would these show on a title search and not a credit report?

I think it may be a lien on the house you are purchasing....doub
I think it may be a lien on the house you are purchasing....double check with the bank. If they are on you then you need to research them and find out what the heck is going on.
