Today I get a message, it is a recording,saying that they have made multiple attempts to contact me with no avail. They will be making a decision on how to move forward with my case within the next 48 hours without any input from me. The number they gave to call back is 888-656-8768,different than the number they called me from,which is 877-656-8768. Does anyone know who these people are? Thank for the help. john
