Garnishment

I have a student loan collector that wants me to pay a large monthly payment. Right now I have madatory child support taken out of my pay. Can they take 25% more or would it be 25% combind between the two. Example say you make $1,000 gross then child support is taken out of $250 and after taxes you net $500. Now will student loans take 25% or is it that the total garnishments is not over 25%.
