I used Mann Brackens website for payments made in November and December only to find out my payments never came out of my bank account. I contacted the court and they informed me Mann Bracken had gone out of business. This was a settlement made in court. What am I supposed to do to protect myself? Who do I contact and how will I get this off my credit?? Thanks in advance!!

If Mann Bracken is on your credit report, dispute it, most likely it will get removed....as far as making payments, I am not sure what to do...you could try asking the courts.
