You would quote what sections of law they violated and demand settlement of these issues.I would also make them remove the debt from any credit bureaus and agree to never sell or transfer it again.Add a liquid damage clause for your benefit somewhere in the amount of 25k should keep them honest. I would get a lawyer to send this letter.It should not be too much just to sign a letter his paralegal wrote.
