Mann Bracken...DV now or wait?

My Chase account was just sent to Mann Bracken and they have started calling. I haven't spoken with them. My question is should I DV them now or wait until I get something in the mail? I would also like to request they only communicate by mail and not by phone.


My experience with them hasn't been a good one, there is a lot of information on Mann Bracken at the Bud Hibbs website, you might want to read about them, it will give you some idea of what you may be dealing with in the future. I'm sure someone else will be along shortly to advise, hang tight! :)

This is the address for contact on their website. Is this the only office? Since I haven't received anything in the mail yet I want to be sure to send it to the right location. I just missed the charge off date by a week because of the Sifxpert mess so I'm so mad I have to actually deal with them. I was going to try to settle with Chase directly but they refused and said I had to call Mann Bracken.
