So today i got served for a debt i have with dell of $2,100 and attorney fees of $500. He left it with my brother as i was not home. The summons date on the court paper states January 9th 2009, obviously 30 days over.

What do i do guys>?

Oh and it is 3 years since debt happened

Most definitely contact your county courts and verify. A real court isn't going to hand you a month and a half old summons. This sounds very fishy.
