Am being sued by Legal Recovery Law Office Mark Walsh. I can only find out that this debt has been sold many times and now Mark Walsh has said he served papers on my mortgage co. for all info on me including bank info. I am on a fixed income and have direct deposit from so.sec. can he attach my present deposits and all future deposits without my knowledge? The only way to pay my mortgage is through my income deposits. the amt. he is seeking is outrageous compared to the supposedly amt due. I had to retire from work at the age of56 due to fibromyalgia In 2010 had a accident with a broken neck from a blood clot going to the brain ( made me pass out and caused my accident and broken neck) and left me with memory loss , excess pain from all hardware in my neck ( dr. said was shattered ), and made fibro. worse as if it could have gotten worse. Left knee has gone out and looking to surgery from that. Have no way to get extra income. Am really worried and need help or advice soon. Thank you

I dont think they are allowed to serve your mortgage company, if you are being sued they HAVE to sue you where you love and no one else and no where else. Check your county courthouse and see if any lawsuit has been entered in your name. Also, if all your income is SSI or SSDI they can NOT garnish any of it at all. You will have to prove to the court that you are disabled and income is SSDI. If I were you I would send a PM to either Paul M or Soaplady, mods on this site. They are the brains here and will steer you right. If your being sued, they can not go to your mortgage company for info, I do believe that is illegal. And this idiot that you mentioned is a scammer big time. Call your mortgage company also and find out what they were sent. you may also be able to find a naca attorney that will take on your case for nothing. But, honestly PM Paul or Soaplady here, they are the best. Sometimes posts get lost here in the masses, so contact them is your best bet.
