I know these experiences aren't the best.........I want people to share their encounters with this Attorney.


I am currently not working, and on my last Unemployment Extension, and being probably evicted from my flat, because of a sale of the property. I have not worked for over 2 years, and have undergone breast Cancer surgery 2 years ago so I am still recovering on maintenance with pills. Is there any way that I can
delay my payments or debt right now as I have too many worries with my bills. Yours is not the only one?

Hey Janina... I can understand you're going through a tough situation. If you're facing problems in paying off your creditors, then you should contact them and let them know about your situation. You can write a hardship letter in that regard and request them to give you an affordable payment plan to pay off the dues. You can even go ahead and settle the dues yourself.
