Received a call from a Marsha Bradshaw who didn't identify company or too much other information. Stated that I was going to be served at work and that I needed to call them. Left case number.

Has anyone received a call from this company or person?

Thank you

Ted - I agree with you - Missy is a person working at the call center - she gets paid to work for them - thus the email above that is TOTALLY false - this is a MAJOR SCAM - Give them Nothing - no numbers at all. When the Attorney General has them as flagged in their system as a SCAM - well, sorry Missy - NOT going to believe you - you are schilling for them.

I rec'd same phone call as others - except - man was on the phone - he was reading from a script - he had to stop and repeat sentences - also sounded like he was eating as he was speaking. Did not leave a company name - did leave his name - but could not understand what he said his name was. I contacted my State's Attorney General Office - told them about the message left - they told me it sounded like a scam - I was told - *If this was a legit call they would have left company name and they would not have threatened you with legal action" also told me that their phone number 888-394-2147 was "flagged" for possible scamming scheme. I was advised NOT TO CALL them back - DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK NUMBER - AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. If possible let them leave a message on your recorder and save the message for further action if you should need an attorney. I have had several calls like this - and they are only trying to frighten you- they do NOT want you to Western Union them money - they want a credit card - So - Nope - I am not going to contact them - let them leave all the messages they would like to - all they are doing is giving me ammunition for any future action with my State's Attorney General.

a lady from this company contacted me, and at first i was afraid to respond and was scared it was a scam, but my mother told me to try it out and i did and they actually really helped me get my past loan balances taken care of and kept me out of jail. im very greatful to their company and glad that they have firms like this to help. Not all of them are bad

This is a person working for the call centers that make these calls you can not go to jail for not paying a pay day loan and these people will take your money and you will still owe what ever debt you did in the first place

This company is a very aggresive debt collection agency. They buy old debts for pennies on the dollar and if they can scare you into paying, you have made their day.

THEY USE ILLEGAL methods. They are liars, and threaten you with illegal terminology like "filing criminal & civil" charges, they claim legal action for "defrauding" a financial institution. I have spoken to Ms Wiggins, and Demetrius Thompson, probably both fake names.
This group is the scum of the earth, file a complaint, maybe they will end up in jail, where they belong.
